Lakeville Online Academy Seniors who are out of the district may select from Lakeville North or Lakeville South to receive their diploma

 

Admissions & Scholarship Transcripts

All transcripts for college admissions are ordered through Parchment. Each transcript costs $5. The Parchment service is easy, secure and available 24 hours, 7 days a week. Many colleges prefer the official electronic transcript. Students will be emailed by Parchment several times during the process for confirmation of the transcript request, when the transcript is sent, and receipt of the transcript by the institution receiving the transcript.

Letters of Recommendation

Students can ask Lakeville Online Academy Administrator or teachers to write letters of recommendation. Allow two weeks for the letters to be completed. Students should complete the Request Recommendation forms and email them to the person who will write the recommendation.
